Small Modern Log House

This design is everything you love about the Modern Cottage and the A-frame Retreat... all rolled into one. With a classic, galley kitchen, two full bedrooms, and a central spiral staircase, this home is the perfect space to retreat to the Mountains with a couple of good friends. Outfitted with a gorgeous large deck and an entire front facing facade of glass, you'll move seamlessly between your comfortable indoor space and your very own outdoor living area. Think twinkle lights, a barbecue, and lots of cozy nights wrapped in a blanket under the stars.

2 bedroom modern loft cabin

  • 816 sq ft

  • 2 bedrooms

  • 1 bathroom

  • Sleeps 4 people

We redesigned our most popular style with twice as much space and the same high design we're known for. Elevating the distinctive Den tiny house design with a gabled and sky-high ceiling, we added skylights, a galley kitchen, and walkaround decking for a more luxurious experience in nature. In this set of plans, we're offering our customers two options for how to approach the gabled end. Go with all glass for an expansive view of the outdoors, or opt for the original style with the only door at the bottom.

Large Modern Log House

At 1566 square feet, we’ve expanded on our classic Alpine Cabin to provide a full time home that’s comfortable, livable, and strikingly unique. 24’ tall ceilings provide a sense of expansiveness while inside, and an open plan design makes hanging out, cooking and dining flow seamlessly together. A flexible loft space can be used for a study, additional living room, or a flex third bedroom and the two bathrooms provide you and your guests with options and privacy. The downstairs master bedroom walks out onto a private deck, where you can have morning coffee bundled up in the brisk mountain air.
